  1. I’ve been walking for several month at least five days a week without much success to lose weight. I’ve been reading a lot that it helps to write down everything you eat to lose. Love to win the journal and try writing everything down to lose weight. I’m a 64 year old Grandmother to seven that wants to get healthy to keep up with all of them, ages 3 to 11.
