Locals love: The Union Square Greenmarket, open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, has vendors from small regional farms selling fruits, vegetables, baked goods, meat, and flowers.
Our New York family: Liz and J.R. Tracy and daughters Willa, 15, and Matilda, 11
