Directions
Step 1
Cut off the bottom and top ends of the orange, just until fruit is visible.
Step 2
Stand the fruit on one end and gently slice away the peel, following the shape of the orange. Continue cutting until all the peel and pith have been removed.
Step 3
Carefully cup the fruit in one hand over a bowl. With a small knife, create sections by slicing along the membranes between each piece.
Step 4
Drop segments into bowl (along with juice). Repeat until entire orange is sectioned.
