-- Heat 3 tablespoons canola oil in a large lidded pot.
-- Add 1/2 cup popcorn kernels.
-- Cover and cook over high heat. Once kernels begin to pop, reduce heat to medium-high. Shake pot, lifting on and off burner.
-- Cook 1 minute, or until time between pops slows way down.
-- Pour into bowl; add seasonings (on the following slides).
