Remember the dairy aisle for nonfat milk (I'm a huge fan of Lactaid's fat-free option because it tastes unbelievably rich) for cereal and smoothies. Grab yogurt (the Rebuccis love the creamy consistency of Chobani Greek yogurt for snacks and desserts) and reduced-fat cheese for snacking. Strive for two to three servings of dairy a day to meet your calcium requirement.
