Striped Stocking

Here's how: Cut felt into various-size strips, trimming some with pinking shears. To create pattern, glue strips onto felt as shown. Decorate with snowflakes following snowflake instructions (on previous slide). Trace stocking's heel and toe shapes onto felt, cut out, and glue onto stocking.
