"I fill a water jug in the morning and put a little lemon and Splenda in it. I keep it on my desk to remind myself to drink throughout the day. I try to drink half a jug by midday. If I complete the whole jug, I put a star on my calendar. At the end of the month, if I have twenty stars, then I reward myself with a new book."
