Pot pies are popping up at fancy restaurants all dressed up with fillings like lobster and oyster, maxed out with butter and cream, and crowned with phyllo or puff pastry. They’re also a favorite at celebrity parties and have even become trendy among the high fashion crowd. We don’t care about all that. We love ‘em because they transform our leftovers into a savory, budget- and family-friendly stew that tastes like heaven on a cold winter’s night. More, please!
