Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese

- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil; set aside.
- Cut bacon slices into thirds. Using a knife, split open date on one side from top to bottom. Fill with about 1/4 teaspoon goat cheese. Wrap date with 1/3 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place bacon-wrapped dates on prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 27 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve immediately.
