Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Place grape tomatoes, cut in half, in a food processor and pulse 10 times, or until finely chopped. Pour tomatoes into a small bowl and stir in red onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt; and hot pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
