Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 2 ribs celery, very thinly sliced
  • 1 Gala apple, cut into matchsticks

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey and vinegar until smooth. Toss with celery and apple.
