Ingredients

  • 1 peeled and diced avocado
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • toasted multigrain bread
  • If desired, top with sliced grape tomatoes, red pepper flakes, more feta and a drizzle of olive oil.
