Quick Beef Stir-Fry

uncooked white rice
flank steak (about 1-1/4 pounds)
(about 3/4 pound) assorted sweet pepper strips
(about 3/4 pound) broccoli florets
House of Tsang's Sweet Ginger Grill Sauce or other stir-fry sauce
- Bring 3 cups water to a boil; stir in rice. Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice beef across the grain into thin strips, each about 3 inches long. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove to a platter with a slotted spoon.
- Stir pepper strips, broccoli and 1/3 cup water into pan. Cover and cook 4 minutes. Uncover, add beef and stir-fry sauce. Cook 1 minute. Serve with rice on the side.
