8 oz wheels of Brie
chopped fresh rosemary
- On a floured surface, roll out 2 puff pastry sheets (one 17.3 oz box) to 12 x 12 inches; cut each sheet into 16 squares. Slice two 8 oz wheels of Brie into 32 pieces.
- In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup blackberry preserves with 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary.
- For each square, place 1 piece Brie and 1 scant tsp jam in the center. Brush edges with beaten egg, fold corners to the center, press well to seal and brush bundle with egg.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
