White Pizza with Clams

(6.5 ounces each) chopped clams, drained
prepared 10-ounce pizza crust (such as Boboli)
reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
shredded Asiago cheese
chopped flat-leaf parsley
- Heat oven to 400 degrees . Heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in clams and cook for 2 minutes.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spoon clams over top. Scatter mozzarella and Asiago cheese evenly over the clams. Dollop heaping teaspoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the top.
- Bake pizza at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Cool slightly; sprinkle with parsley and cut into 6 slices. Serve immediately.
