Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Store dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
