can (28 oz) fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped, plus more for serving
- Heat oven to 350 degrees . Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large stainless skillet over high. Add chicken and brown 4 minutes, turning once. Transfer to a medium (11 x 7-inch) baking dish.
- Reduce heat to medium and carefully add tomatoes, basil and wine (they will spatter). Cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Pour over chicken and transfer to oven. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees . Serve chicken and sauce over orzo, topped with Parmesan and additional basil.
