Ingredients

  • 3 sliced cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 broccoli rabe
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Saute 3 sliced cloves garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil 1 minute. Add 1 head broccoli rabe, cut into 2-inch pieces. Saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
