swordfish steaks, about 7 ounces each
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add red pepper flakes, capers and marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer. Add swordfish steaks and cook for 5 minutes. Gently turn; cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley.
