Pair with this simple Tex-Mex Salad: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons lime juice, the reserved 1 teaspoon taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cumin. Gradually whisk in 3 tablespoons olive oil. Stir in 2 chopped scallions. Drizzle over iceberg wedges.
