Cut 1 small yellow and 1 small green cauliflower into florets. Place on a greased baking sheet and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Roast at 450 degrees F. for 25 minutes, turning once, or until tender.
