If you've done the prep work beforehand, it's no sweat to throw together a delicious meal at the end of a long day.

Marinate chicken, prep vegetables and make dressing the night before and refrigerate. A quick turn on the grill and dinner is served.
Makes: 4 servings
Prep: 15 minutes
Marinate: 8 to 24 hours
Grill: 12 minutes
Prepare sauce and orzo ahead. Poach salmon and chill if serving cold.

Prep the night before and store sauce, veggies and beef in separate resealable plastic bags in refrigerator overnight.
