Ancho Pork and Black Bean Tostadas

To make Pineapple Habanero Salsa: Combine 2 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple, 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet pepper, 1 habanero pepper (seeded and chopped), and 2 tablespoons each lime and olive oil. Season with 1/8 teaspoon salt.

To make Chunky Guacamole: Coarsely mash 4 ripe avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion, 1/2 cup quartered grape tomatoes, 1 seeded and chopped jalapeno, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
