-Can you really get a great workout in just 4 minutes? Absolutely. Trainers Chris and Heidi Powell of ABC's Extreme Weight Loss show you how. Grab your timer and get ready to sweat. On Wednesday, you'll alternate doing 1 minute of hollow rocks and 1 minute of superman for 4 minutes total. For the hollow rocks, you're using your core and the momentum of a rocking motion to go back and forth for a minute. For the superman, lie in your belly and perform the same rocking motion to work your back for a minute. Need a modification? Alternate lifting your arms and legs instead.
