Can you really get a great workout in just 4 minutes? Absolutely. Trainer's Chris and Heidi Powell of ABC's Extreme Weight Loss show you how. Grab your timer and get ready to sweat. On Thursday, you'll do 20 seconds of reverse lunges, 20 seconds of marching soldiers, rest for 10 seconds and then repeat until you get to 4 minutes. For the reverse lunges, alternate legs and keep your knees behind your toes. For the marching soldiers, you're on your back alternating lifting your left and right knee.
