Powell's 4-Minute Workout: Friday

Can you really get a great workout in just 4 minutes? Absolutely. Trainers Chris and Heidi Powell of ABC's Extreme Weight Loss will show you how. Gran your timer and get ready to sweat. On Friday, you'll be doing burpees and swing-ups in a ladder. So, 1 burpee, 1 swing-up and 2 burpees and 2 swing-ups, 3 burpees, 3 swing-ups and so on until you get to 4 minutes. For the burpees, you'll go from standing to place your hands on the floor. Pop your legs back to pushup position, pop forward, stand and jump. If this is too intense, try stepping back and forth instead of jumping. With the swing-ups, swing your arms down towards your hip and do a sit-up. And on the weekends, you get to rest. Enjoy your workouts.
