Hi, I'm Kathy, and this message is for any moms and dads out there who, like me, has struggled for years and years to lose weight. I think it comes on to five things. Number one is you have to truly, honestly believe that it's possible. Number two is you have to have a vision of what that success looks like in your mind. Number three, you have to understand that nothing is going to change unless you make it happen. Number four, it's all about choices. Every day, you have to make the choice to make it happen. And, number five, if you have numbers effects and you say, 'no, this isn't really working,' then you try something new. I got to this point where I had momentum and it was working for me and finally, the pounds came off. So, keep making the right choices over and over again, and you see results, and if it doesn't work, try something new.
