[MUSIC] If you have a minute, you have time to work out. We ask personal trainer Tina Tang how to do the perfect squat. Start with your feet shoulder width apart, feet slightly turned out to the sides. Hold your arms out in front of you and drop down to a seated position as if you're about to sit in a chair. Lower yourself until your thighs are about parallel to the floor. Make sure you don't fold your upper body forward too much. Then, push yourself back up with your heels; that's one rep.
