[MUSIC] If you have a minute, you time to work out. We asked personal trainer Tina Tang how to do the perfect plank. Start in a plank position with your forearms resting on the ground, your body should form a straight line from your neck to your heels. Raise your core and hold the position for 15 to 30 seconds. You can often make the rude harder. Your rotating to the side, bring your right arm up in the air and resting your right ankle on top of your left.
