You have a minute, you have time to workout. We ask personal trainer Tina Tang how to do the perfect walking lunge. Starting from a standing position, take one step forward with your right leg and sink into a lunge position. Your right leg should form a 90 degree angle and your left should almost touch the floor. Bring your left leg to the right. Repeat on the other side. [MUSIC]
