Trim the domed top from each mini bundt cake. Spread a little frosting on trimmed side of one cake. Stack a second cake, cut-side down, to form a mini pumpkin. Spoon microwaved frosting on top of cake, allowing it to drip down the sides. Add sprinkles while the top is still wet. Cut a chocolate candy in half diagonally. Add to top of the cake for a stem.
