Take a giant step with your right leg. Push back to standing. Repeat 10 times. Switch to left leg.

Balance on left foot. Bring heel of right foot toward the right buttock. Do 10 reps. Repeat on other side.

Do as many as you can, up to 20. Repeat until song ends. Then continue walking.
