Ancho Chile-Lime Brussels Sprouts

Trim Brussels sprouts and halve. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss with 3 tbsp oil, the chile powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Roast 15 minutes. Stir in pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp oil and 1/4 tsp salt. Roast 5 minutes, until tender.
Toss Brussels sprouts with cilantro, cheese and lime juice.
