- 1 of 4 Roll out one crust from a box of refrigerated pie crust. Fit into one half of a 15 x 10-inch pan, pressing into corners. Repeat with second crust and press seam together. Prick with a fork and bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- 2 of 4 Meanwhile, saute chopped scallions in butter. Add chopped broccoli and dried dill. Spoon over crust in pan.
- 3 of 4 Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pan.
- 4 of 4 Bake 10 minutes, until set. Cut into squares or triangles and serve.
