Apple and Fennel Salad
In a small bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients.Advertisement
Add fennel, celery and apple to a large bowl with 1/2 cup hazelnuts; 1/4 cup fennel fronds, chopped; 1/4 cup celery leaves, chopped; and mint. Toss to combine. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with remaining hazelnuts and the blackberries.
