  • Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with lightly salted water. Simmer 20 minutes, until tender. Drain and mash with milk, 2 tbsp butter, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Meanwhile, season char with 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper and top each piece with a lemon slice. Broil 6 minutes. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter with oil, lemon juice, capers and parsley. Drizzle sauce over fish and serve with potatoes and broccolini.
