  1. 1 of 3 Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a small pot, heat heavy cream to simmering.
  2. 2 of 3 In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cheddar, garlic, parsley, thyme, flour, salt and pepper. Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Pour cream on top. Sprinkle with Asiago.
  3. 3 of 3 Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 25 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
