  1. 1 of 3 Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with nonstick cooking spray and crumble in ground beef. Cook 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
  2. 2 of 3 Stir in lentils, sweet pepper, garlic, tomato sauce, hoisin, terikayi, vinegar, sugar, ginger and chili paste. Simmer, uncovered, for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3 of 3 Spoon about 2/3 cup beef and lentil mixture into each roll and sprinkle with scallions.
