Slow Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours



  1. 1 of 5 Coat slow cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 5 Place onion, carrots and garlic in slow cooker. Add chicken evenly over top. Drain pineapple and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice. Whisk juice, cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce; pour over chicken.
  3. 3 of 5 Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
  4. 4 of 5 Stir in red pepper, snow peas, salt and pineapple during last 30 minutes.
  5. 5 of 5 Serve with rice noodles and top with almonds.
