  • Heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt, cayenne and a few grinds of black pepper. Fold in crab meat, chives and 4 tbsp grated Parmesan.

  • Spread into a greased 2- to 3-cup baking dish and top with 1 tbsp grated Parmesan. Bake 25 min. Broil 1 to 2 min to brown top. Season with pepper. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
