  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

  • In a stand mixer, beat next 5 ingredients on medium speed. Slowly add flour mixture until incorporated.

  • Add batter to a pastry bag and pipe into a doughnut pan. Bake 14 minutes, until doughnuts are lightly golden and spring back when touched. Cool in pan on a rack for 5 minutes.

  • Dip tops of cooled doughnuts in Matcha or Chocolate Glaze. Garnish with crumbled freeze-dried raspberries or toasted coconut flakes.
