  1. 1 of 2 In a blender, combine frozen banana, ice, caramel sauce or maple syrup, almond milk, cashew butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend until ice is crushed, banana is smooth and all ingredients are well blended.
  2. 2 of 2 Divide between 2 glasses. For an added protein hit, swap in milk for the almond milk and add 2 tbsp Greek yogurt.
