Barley, Plum and Chicken Salad
Place barley, broth and water in a saucepan. Simmer about 20 minutes, until tender, and let cool. In a bowl, combine barley, chickpeas, chicken, feta, oil, dill, vinegar, salt and pepper. Gently stir in plums.Advertisement
