• Heat grill to medium-high. Rub 1 tsp oil on chicken breasts and season with 1/4 tsp salt. Grill on both sides until chicken is cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes per side.

  • Transfer chicken to a cutting board and brush with 2 tbsp wing sauce. Rest 5 minutes, then cut into slices. In a small bowl, whisk 2 tbsp oil, the sour cream, next 5 ingredients and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Toss dressing with romaine and next 4 ingredients. Divide among 4 plates, with sliced chicken and blue cheese on top. Season with pepper. Serve extra wing sauce on the side.
