Directions

  1. 1 of 1 Whisk together 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/3 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 3/4 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Combine 1 can (15 ounces) each, drained and rinsed, kidney beans, black beans and corn. Stir in the olive oil mixture, 3 cups cubed turkey, 1/3 cup chopped red onion and 2 tbsp chopped cilantro.
