Directions

  • Cook orzo following pkg directions. Drain and cool. Whisk oil, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp each garlic salt and black pepper. Stir into orzo. Add beefsteak tomatoes, mozzarella, sweet onion and basil. Season sirloin with 1/2 tsp garlic salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Grill or broil 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Slice and serve over orzo.
