  1. 1 of 1 In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 1/2 tsp Greek seasoning, 2 cloves chopped garlic, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper. Divide into 16 pieces, shaping into balls, and thread onto 2 or 3 metal skewers. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray; place skewers on pan and set aside. Squeeze excess water from 1/2 grated cucumber in paper towels. In a small bowl, stir cucumber, 1 container (7 oz) 2% Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp chopped mint, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper; set aside. Wrap 4 pitas in foil and place in bottom of oven. Broil skewers for 4 minutes. Carefully turn over and broil 3 minutes. Remove warmed pitas from oven. Top each with some sauce, shredded lettuce, 4 pieces meat and 2 tbsp crumbled feta.
