This saucy slow cooker recipe is full of beef strips, sweet pepper, onion, and bamboo shoots. The garlic and soy sauce ensures that it tastes just like a dish from a Chinese restaurant.

Slow Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 7 hours



  1. 1 of 3 Coat a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add steak; top with peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic.
  2. 2 of 3 In a small bowl, whisk beef broth, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and sugar. Pour over beef and vegetables. Sprinkle bamboo shoots over the top.
  3. 3 of 3 Cook 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low. Serve with cooked white rice.
