  1. 1 of 2 In large nonstick skillet, combine beef, onion, garlic, herb seasoning, salt and pepper; cook over medium-high, breaking up meat with wooden spoon, for 5 minutes. Add squash; cook for 4 minutes. Stir in barbecue sauce; heat through. Remove skillet from heat.
  2. 2 of 2 Split rolls horizontally. Top each bottom with 1 tablespoon coleslaw and 1/3 cup meat mixture. Top with a sliced pickle and top of bun.
