  1. 1 of 2 Marinate beef cubes, parboiled pearl onions, red pepper and small zucchini in canola oil, lemon juice, cumin and chopped cilantro.
  2. 2 of 2 Alternate meat and vegetables on 2 skewers; broil on grill or broiler pan 6 to 7 minutes about 4 inches from heat, turning once. Serve with hot 6-inch whole-wheat pita.
